Staff OnLine is supported on a PC with an Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) web browser.

By not using IE11 you are likely to encounter functionality issues in Staff OnLine.

If you do not have access to the above you can access IE11 via Citrix. This will ensure Staff OnLine works as intended.

If you have issues installing Citrix, you can contact the IT Service Desk on 02 9852 5111 for assistance.

If you have successfully installed Citrix but are having issues logging in to or using Staff Online, you can contact the HR Helpline on 02 9678 7575 for assistance.

If you are unable to login to Staff OnLine, please firstly check that your WesternAccount password has not expired. It expires every 90 days.

To check your password click on the Password Management tab.

If you are still unable to login and you have a current contract please contact the HR Helpline on 02 9678 7575.
