Please use your Staff ID number as the Username (e.g., 300XXXXX) and your usual WesternAccount Password to log in. 

If you are unable to login to Staff Online, please firstly check that your WesternAccount password has not expired. 

If you are still unable to login and you have a current contract, please contact HR via the WesternNow Portal.

MyCareer Online is accessible for all staff who have access to Staff Online. After you successfully log in to Staff Online, you will see the link for MyCareer Online in the top menu. 

If MyCareer Online will not open for you, please check browser pop-ups have been disabled for Staff Online. 

Please note: MyCareer Online is accessible 1 day after your contract start date and until your contract end date.
